Antar Mouna

In Sanskrit Mouna means Silence, Antar Mouna, Inner Silence. Since my childhood, silence has been a natural part of my life, an intimate friend which unfolds that magical space to be and learn. In yoga tradition Antar Mouna is a practice using specific techniques to attain Pratyahara, an often forgotten step of the inner dimension of yoga. The practice requires openness and authenticity to access hidden parts of who we are, to understand, befriend and purge the activities of the mind. Antar Mouna is a powerful tool to tap into that peace of mind, expand our awareness to fully accept who we are.

Namaste 🙏🏻
