Body Mind Ease is my practice

From Child's Pose (Balasana) to Downward Dog (Adho Mukha Shvanasana) to Standing Forward Bend (Uttanasana) to Tadasana (Mountain Pose), my body and mind go through different qualities of sensations and emotions. Breathing deeply with intention is very powerful. It allows more air to flow in the body, generating a state of calm, stability, and ease. Remembering to gently invite my intention towards the breath is my practice. Tightness, impatience, thoughts, impermanence, vulnerability, imperfection, fear are not unusual sensations and emotions during yoga. I practice embracing them all, they are my friends, my mentors. They give me many opportunities to be fully present and compassionate to connect to my sensory experience. Hence transform my energy, my creativity, my thoughts, my body, and my mind. This is powerful. Practicing with the intention of Body Mind Ease brings me back home, to my authentic self, my inner power.
How does your practice feels like?
Does your yoga practice positively shift something in your body?
