Hatha Yoga tradition is the tradition of cleansing and purifying the body, mind and intellect. When we combine the knowledge with the yoga practices and the powerful foods that facilitate the circulation in the system, we view DETOX in a whole new way. Less becomes more light, more colors, more laughters, more connections. Detoxification happens in many layers of the self, liberating the system from many forms of toxins.
