How yoga can awaken your full potential?

Next time you show up on the yoga mat, be mindful of your sensations. Listen to your body when you engage your fire, your core into Navasana (Boat pose), witness the open space for gratitude and compassion when the heart stretches and the back bends into Ustrasana (Camel pose), invite your whole being to connect with the pure joy of the present moment in Balasana (Child pose), explore the journey and feel the vibrations of rootedness, creativity and union in Kurmasana (Tortoise pose) and be with the calm rythm of your breath when you stretch out your legs towards the sky in Sarvangasana (Shoulders stand pose) and when you gently lower them down to the ground in Halasana (Plough pose). As we experience emotions through our whole body, practicing yoga mindfully stimulates the chakras, the energy wheels so they can function properly, unlock, purify and circulate our vital energy. The goal of yoga is to elevate our consciousness and move towards self-realization, oneness.
