International Day of Yoga

I vividly remember the official first celebration of the International Day of Yoga in 2015. I had really enjoyed the practice, the traditional Indian dancing and the Kirtan chanting with my yogis friends and master teachers. Today, my morning practice and meditation felt so different. Deep inside my heart, I could feel a space of emptiness. I became fully aware of how much joy had grown in my heart when I was bringing the benefits of yoga to so many people in Hong Kong. I am so grateful for these emotions because they will help me ignite this precious light of joy and step into Zurich’s community to share more yoga specially on this day. Thank you India for gifting Yoga to the world 🙏🏻
