As nature transitions from summer to autumn, our body and mind transition as well and sometimes not that smoothly as mother nature does! We said good bye to the intense, heated and sunny personnality of summer and we are now entering autum with it’s own qualities; airy, cold, mobile, light, changing, moving, isolating and creative! Autumn’s characteristics are better balanced with a structure, a routine that keeps us grounded and focused. Enhancing our awareness is all what we need to adopt new seasonal habits and develop strenght and stability! It's time to unroll your mat and embrace the seasonal transition with a healthy body-mind balance and reconnect with the earth and your inner compass.
