Because LOVE is pure and simple, its energy is everywhere. It doesn’t need a form nor a face to be seen, but an unlocked heart and a relaxed mind to flow in and out. LOVE is precious and infinite manifesting in the depth of quietude and remaining alive when the body, breath and mind are in harmony. I embrace LOVE in my YOGA practice and invite its simple energy to guide my heart in daily life.
