Letting go means being present to deeply enjoy the subtle moments in life with a freedom of mind. Awareness doesn’t only happen on a yoga mat with crossed legs and closed eyes. It happens by simply being. My morning meditation brought me unexpected moments of pure joy; touching, cracking, smelling and tasting a handful of perfectly engineered whole, raw, freshly picked walnuts. These delicious earthy nuts boost the brain, keep the heart healthy and heal emotions. Let go and enjoy the crisp, warm colors and tastes of Autumn!
