The Yoga Therapy & Ayurveda Teacher Training is now completed and my “so looking for” trip to India is happening! Celebrating tonight at a delicious Indian restaurant with all the students and yoga masters. Flying tomorrow to the birthplace of Ayurveda: Kerala, in Southern India alongside the Arabian Sea. I am grateful for every master who taught us with their heart and made all their knowledge and experience available to us. I am officially forever a student of yoga, with an open heart to learn and an open heart to share. I have a lot to be grateful for. Thank you my friends for the beautiful gifts and valuable travel recommendations.
