Openness in confinement

The word confinement sounds heavy, oppressive and negative. What if you take a sit in an open space, your garden let’s say, or open wide your windows and experience the sensations of confinement. The awareness of you being on a wild beautiful grass, appreciating the melody of the birds and smiling to the soft breeze opens up an infinite space within your heart, an exquisite sensation of joy and belonging. Confinement happens in the level of the mind, pure joy is our true essence and meditation is the vessel that takes us there. Let’s make our time home valuable and rich in experiences, observations and self-reflections. It is so precious.

Gratitude 🙏🏻
