Repose, Recharge, Relax

Mouna Chamariq | MAY 14, 2020

The whole planet is in a very unusual situation right now. On one side, animals feel happier, plants feel healthier and gorgeous, bees are bouncing back on blooming trees and the positive list goes on and on. While nature is at peace, people can not stop from overthinking, worrying, building up stress, lots of stress and doubts. It is time to nurture your body, your mind and your soul and let your emotions flow with breath awareness. Remember we are all in this together. Restorative Yoga reduces stress and enhances calmness, reduces your heart rate and boosts your immune system. I am inviting you today and everyday to remember to take care of yourself and listen to your body by practicing simple, easy and comfortable yoga postures to repose, recharge and relax. It is necessary to limit the amount of stress building up in your system and reconnect with your fearless nature and your divine soul.

Namaste 🙏🏻
