Slow down and enjoy the winter light

During winter time, the late sunrise and the early sunset make the daylight period pretty short. Slowing down to witness the precious moments before sunset is like letting go of the day with its complexity, agitation, anxiety, and stress. As the days are shorter, the nights are longer, the body asks for more sleep. Listen to your body, keep it warm, practice restorative yoga, enjoy slow-cooked meals, go for a walk to catch the winter light and reflect.
