Breathing is Life

When you breathe deeply and slowly with awareness, the thoughts, the ruminating and distracting inner voice begin to dissolve into the mind to reach peace, calmness, equanimity, fulfillment…

Stress is a cycle that needs to be completed before the next one comes in. When you breathe deeply and slowly with awareness, the body and the mind get a chance to release stress, heal and recover before the next cycle and many next cycles.

Breathing is a celebration of the whole universe. You are breathing as well as trees, birds, animals, flowers, plants… Every breath is a celebration of life, interconnectedness, inner tranquility, balance, and harmony.

Breathing is the first step to meditation, allowing oneself to see through with a powerful quality of freedom.
