The neck

The skull is supported by seven vertebrae (C1 to C7) and eight cervical nerves (C1 to C8) that make up the cervical spine, allowing the head to move in many directions. Each cervical nerve controls the function and the sensory of a specific part of the body. C1 & C2 control the head and the neck, C3 the diaphragm, C4 the upper body muscles, C5 & C6 the wrist extensors, C7 the triceps and C8 the hands. Freeing up very gently the neck everyday, will help you feel more open, energized, alert, relaxed with a sharper intellect and memory.
