Unconditional Love

Let’s celebrate Mother’s Day by practicing unconditional love, the most empowering sensation associated with mothers. Yoga is an invitation to practice loving kindness, appreciation, self acceptance and compassion to bring us closer to the state of harmony and radiate love without limitations. When settling in with the breath and shifting our consciousness to the heart center, we begin to notice how the body feels in relation with the activity of the mind without judging. From the heart, a state of calmness opens up a space for transformation that affects everything we do from the way we eat, the way we handle everyday situations, the way we accept who we truly are, the way we communicate with others to the way we unconditionally love our children.
