This is the place where I will be reflecting on my yoga journey and sharing simple moments of peace and gratitude. I will keep my posts short to invite you to reflect and surrender on your own journey. The popularity of yoga tends to take it away from its roots. Too much information can sometimes scare, confuse or discourage people. To make it easy, and accessible, this is what I would say: “Yoga has a set of specific techniques that help to experiment awareness, balance, contentment, equanimity, freedom, gratitude, humility, love and patience to nourish the mind, the body and the soul". If yoga was a gourmet buffet, which of those fine tasty dishes will you savor first? Is it healthy to eat them all at ones? That is simply why yoga is not a "pick and choose" attitude but a journey that allows for self discovery to make sustainable and meaningful daily choices.

With an open heart, trust happens and the journey begins...
