After a full day of skiing on pure white slopes, inhaling fresh cold crispy air under a bright deep blue sky, yoga comes handy to release lots of tensions. Neck, shoulders, hips, thighs, chest, and back need special care to be ready for the next day. Controlled breathing will help the nervous system to relax for a good night of sleep.
