I have been noticing energy unbalance in my body, mind and emotions. While my regular yoga practice helps me with everyday life changes, my YOGA TOOLBOX helps me to face bigger changes. Preparing a “coming soon” move, have many consequences on the physical, emotional and mental bodies. I have to customize my daily practice to stay centered and calm from mental chatters. I keep my spine flexible and healthy to face life with flexibility and joy. I bend forward to face stress and welcome the impermanent emotions. I bend backward to open my heart and let go with gratitude. I practice yoga nidra at least 45′ daily to deeply relax and restore my energy loss from the short nights. I practice breathing exercices to keep my nervous system strong and healthy.
