Take a break from yoga at the studio and enhance your practice outdoors. The slow pace of the summertime allows new yoga experiences. If you are an avid yogi practitioner, take advantage of the outdoor spaces and set up your yoga mat on the terrace, on the lawn, at the beach or at the park to experience free spaces around you. Yoga without walls opens up new possibilities of connecting with nature, re-rooting ourselves without any separation with the earth. Practicing yoga, pranayama and meditation outdoors in fresh air being self-aware of the nature sounds is a fantastic way to boost the energy, to deepen up the breathing capacity and to nurture ourselves, cultivating calmness and zenitude.
