When you gently deepen your backbends one vertebrae at a time and you start to feel the release of the accumulated stiffness and tension along the spine, you are transported into a glowing space of courage, confidence and adaptability. Wen you expand your awareness to the breath and the whole body, you notice the heart opening to the space of love, kindness, calm, acceptance, compassion and self-care. When you practice yoga with devotion and integrity, you make the choice to meet your authentic self in a space of greater freedom, grace and union. Life is like yoga, embrace it fully with sincerity, strength, stability, openness and freedom.
