🍁 15 nov.

An immersive morning to slow down, feel, and reconnect with living movement as the new season arrives.

We'll begin with a short introduction to Ayurveda: what autumn, cooler, windier, and drier, does to our body and mind, and how yoga can help us move through it with ease.

Then comes movement, the heart of the morning. A continuous exploration of the living body, with shifting tonalities: we ground, we rise, we roll, we slow down, until the pause, where we welcome what arrives, before moving toward what's next.

Key breathing practices support the body through this season shift. Moments of stillness allow what was moved to settle and integrate.

No experience needed. Just the desire to step away from the noise and dive into the intelligence of your own body.

Date: Sunday, November 15, 9am–1pm
Location: Parc Floral de Paris, 12th arrondissement
