A continuous exploration of embodied movement, with shifting tonalities: we ground, we rise, we roll, we transition from one state to another, we slow down until the pause, where we welcome what comes, before moving toward what calls.
Key breathing techniques to support the body through this seasonal transition.
Time for pause and transition, to gently welcome the autumn season.
