I am back!

From the dictionary’s definition: “I am back” is referring to the previous absence of oneself and the present attendance of oneself in a present situation”. I invite you to hold this expression in your hands and allow your heart to express what being back means to you.

Those past few months have been a true challenge of life transitions. I travelled to a unique place where the abundance of love, compassion, humility, family, care, gentleness and gratitude never stopped shining above the heavy clouds of anger, fear, uncertainty, blankness and hopelessness.

Throughout my journey, I made it a ritual to come back to my Navel Chakra; Manipura, the solar plexus, where all kind of emotions interweave and grow unbalanced to a hard ball when they don’t find their way out. I chose to equally embrace both the energies that caused me to feel small, stiff and stressed and the ones that helped me feel calm, comfortable and confident. The mind shrinks and expands all the time depending on circumstances.

“At the center of your being you have the answer; you know who you are and you know what you want.” – Lao Tsu.

Coming back to myself, the center of my being requires my full attention and a clear intention to appreciate life as it exists only in the present moment. I made a ritual to wake up at dawn, the most calmer hour of the day to notice the beauty of the sky and the dawn chorus. At this hour, I feel tranquil and energized, ready to dive into my breathing exercises, prayers and gratitude. Each time I am back to my core, I witness the energetic transformation happening in my body, a sacred connection to bigger sensations and higher vibrations. My mind merges with an eternal peace where nothing else exists but love.

“Awareness of death brings us in touch with the reality of life.” _ Sri Sri Ravi Shankar

Your soul rejoined the oneness of eternal tranquility at dawn on the day of May 6 🌟🌙
I love you forever papa ❤️
